For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of healthcare leadership, workplace engagement, and strategic marketing. My career began with a Fortune 500 healthcare organization, Universal Health Services, where I gained early exposure to large-scale operations, leadership systems, and organizational accountability.
From there, my work evolved into executive leadership roles within rural healthcare, where I’ve led business development, physician recruitment, workforce engagement, and brand strategy inside complex, high-responsibility environments.
I understand the pressure leaders face — balancing people, performance, and long-term sustainability.
I bring seasoned perspective, practical strategy, and a deep respect for the leaders doing the work every day.
Culture by Design was created from experience — built on what works, refined through years of implementation, and grounded in partnership.
I believe culture should be intentional — not accidental.
Most organizations don’t struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they lack alignment. Expectations drift. Communication weakens. Engagement declines. And over time, culture becomes reactive instead of purposeful.
